Description

The Janitorial Custodian role within Mobile Cleaning Operations has responsibility for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, Kent, All King County facilities.

Responsibilities Include: Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.). Execute deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required. You will be responsible for traveling to and cleaning locations within a 50 - mile radius or more within King County, Washington area.

Job will require the use of:

• You must be able to work multiple cleaning job sites from Seattle to any other locations within the 50 mile range of the area.

Additional responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Closing out work orders upon completion; via cell phone or Computerized Maintenance Management System via computer access at facilities.
• Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materials.
• Responsibility for maintaining supplied tools and equipment.
• Custodial and Janitorial cleaning services will be performed. 

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial / cleaning role, preferred
• Proven customer service experience and / or abilities
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing

Education and Licenses:

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

Hours & Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: varies between 32 - 40  (overtime may be needed on some occasions) 
Your work hours fall between 7:00pm -7:00am

Work Schedule varies to be determined:
We are looking for someone available anytime between the hours of night/early morning of any day of the week. We would need you to be able to work within this frame any day of the week. You will have 2 days off actual work schedule subject to change.
